AS POLICY & INFORMATION
For Device Products
- 1-year warranty is applicable if the damage is caused by a product defect.
- We provide maintenance and repair with a repair time from 1 week to 3 months.
- For damage caused by human error, no warranty available.
- If damage occurs after the 1-year warranty has expired, repair backup is still available with an additional cost, and the repair time remains approximately 1 week to 3 months.
For Consumable Products
If you receive a damaged disposable product, you can request maintenance within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the item.
